Best features
We have had this water dispenser for over 3 years. Best water dispenser as it has the dispenser spout on the very top which makes it easy to fill a container or coffee pot with water. Also, it makes it easy to get a drink without bending over as most water dispensers are designed. We use it in a commercial setting. Older folks or people with back issues love it.

THIS THING IS DANGEROUS
This product is GARBAGE. The first one I received arrived damaged as though it was second hand and kicked around in someones garage. They offered a replacement if I would package this one back up and return it to the store. Let me tell you that was a job and a half. Afterwards they send a second one..and the thing constantly is having large clicking sounds, affecting the power in my house..and the water tastes AWFUL. Ive washed it with vinegar several times and soap and water and the water tastes like Im drinking from an old gas pipe. I have went through two 5 gallon jugs and it still tastes like chemicals. I wouldn't use the water coming out of this for anything but filling our little humidifiers. I contacted the company and they wouldn't help at all. They told me to package it up and return it.??????again. Please add my horrible experience to the thousands of others across the internet for VITAPUR coolers..they are garbage.

Nozzle doesn't fit on top. when it did go together it split the plastic holes where it attaches. Now i have to try to find new parts. cheap made. overpriced.
