Handle keeps breaking off, thank God for duct tape
I bought this faucet and the handle broke off. I taped it. It stayed for a little while. Then I had to tape it again. Each time it breaks off it sprays water all over my kitchen.

Very disappointed
We bought this faucet in late 2019. It was great for a while, then after two years it started leaking and the spray handle would pop off when you pulled it out spraying water everywhere. We fixed that and it held up for a bit, then three months after that is started sticking in place. You couldn't move it without a tremendous amount of down pressure. Finally today we have replaced it because I'm tired of fighting with this.

Poor Design. No replacement parts.
Had this faucet less than three years and the plastic piece on the inside of it broke. Tried repairing the plastic piece with super glue, but the pressure builds too high for a very small section of plastic. Poor design.

Do Not Buy!
Very easy and quick to install but in less than a year the faucet will not turn and the sprayer hose has SEVERAL leaks. I will NEVER buy your products again.

Difficulty finding their parts in store
I bought this 2 years ago. Now the faucet handle is broken. I try to search for it every store but they don’t sell the part separately. I only want the faucet handle to replace the broken one at my house but they have whole sets. And I don’t want to waste money to buy the whole set when I only need the handles

Poor quality
The hose connector at the top began leaking occasionally then much worse. Now we have a bowl to catch the water dripping down the hose until we can put hase another brand. From all the bad reviews and my personal experience, I definitely would not purchase this brand again.

Several issues over the years with this faucet
I've had the hose develop a leak in the hose about 6-7 years after purchase and just recently the faucet head snapped off leaving part of the plastic that connects the hose to the faucet inside the hose. I'm giving this 4 out of 5 stars not for the quality but for the great customer support and the lifetime warranty that came with it. Customer support person (did not get name) was great.

not reliable
hose broke at the sprayer neck. Very weak design, much not been thoroughly analyzed by the engineer. Pfister engineer should do an FEA to study the stress at the neck.
