Terrible installation
The instructions are trash the parts should all be labeled for better installation instead of trying to figure out by looking at a poor quality picture. I watched the video which goes through so fast that you still can't figure it out. Says to look for a clear stopper but mine are Grey not clear so do I even have the correct parts???? Very disappointed with this product

Glass exploded for no reason
My husband and brother-in-law were installing this shower door when the glass exploded without reason. Thank God no one was seriously hurt, just cuts on my husbands hands. When I looked there were several reviews of this happening. Seriously dangerous.

Glass Exploded
Bought this door in 2013 to got with the matching tub. One day, for no apparent reason, one of the glass doors Exploded into millions of pieces. Started checking online and it seems people who are buying as recently as 2020 are also having the same issues.

Only one door slides
Did not realize that only one door opens and one door is fixed. You have to actually get in the tub/shower to clean. Having one side open for turning faucet on while squeezing between tub and toilet. If I turn it the other way then I have to get in the tub to turn faucet on. UGH! What a poor design, a shower door needs to open from both directions.

Terrible Assembly Instructions
I am repeating most of the bad reviews I have seen on this product and should have known better, but bought it anyhow. Instructions are vague and confusing. Reference to non-existant parts in several steps. Throw away the screws provided with this product. They are cheap trash and absolutely worthless. Instructions are written for a right hand stationary door, left hand side sliding. If you need a right hand sliding door you have to go to page 8 and figure it out for yourself since all you see is a hazy picture.
The sliding door jumps off the rails almost every time it is used. Poor quality.
Don't waste your time and money on this product. It's a rip-off.

Cheap hardware / Poor instructions
I might have given it one star but, to be fair, I never fully assembled it before throwing it in the trash. As stated, the instructions were horrible. Not that big of a deal...figured out most of it with some trial and error. My main complaint is that the screws shipped with it are garbage. Combined with pilot holes that weren't drilled straight, I rounded off three screws trying to get the frame assembled (and yes, I had the correct size screw driver). Two screws had to be cut out. After two hours of fighting it and deciding it wasn't worth my time to go try to find replacement screws, it turned into the most expensive shower curtain I've ever bought.

Door exploded
I've had these doors for about 5 years, loved the look never had an issue with them until today. The fixed door's glass literally exploded thankfully while no one was in the bathroom. Blew from inside out across the bathroom. What would even make this happen?

Fixed glass panel shattered
Have had this door/tub/panels installed in our bathroom for 3-4 years now. Today I was sitting downstairs, wife came into the house and started asking a question....then stopped and asked what crashed??? Went upstairs and the fixed side panel completely shattered. No one was even on that floor of the house.
