Description
Humidificateur pour fournaise. Lampe témoin pour indiquer le fonctionnement. Composantes électriques faciles à brancher. Cycle automatique se mettant en fonction avec la fournaise. Peut être installée facilement par le consommateur. Comprend un humidistat automatique, transformateur, tuyaux de drainage et d'arrivée d'eau, tuyau de passage de surplus, étrangleur et collet, câble basse tension et quincaillerie. Adaptable à la majorité des fournaises à air forcé avec un conduit de 10 po. Installation côté droit ou gauche. Capacité 12 gallons américains/24 h.

Replace the new humidifier.
The humidifier looks very good and easy to install. I replace my old drum humidifier that was also the product of Air King but ,I have keep changing the motors so I try the expensive one Wait 5000. . And hope that will be a good one .

I have had this unit for several years and it delivers as stated. Humidity levels are manually set according to the outside temperature. Relatively easy to install. Humidistat is wall mounted, and in my case just below the thermostat.

It’s working but…
I purchased this furnace humidifier because it was a match for the old one that failed. The instructions and on line support materials were mostly adequate for a marginally handy guy (me), but I struggled to understand the water connection and could not get support at my local Rona. I found the support I needed at a competitor. The humidifier had been previously opened and repackaged poorly. There was a small piece of plastic broken off from the changeable duct connection that would have been fatal if I’d had to change the direction. Fortunately I didn’t. The transformer was loose in the box and not in its original little box. More attention to repackaging returned products is needed. When I visit the store in person I always try to find an unopened example of what I’m buying.

Works we with my HE furnace
Replacement of similar unit that was 15 years old. Valve was not working
Unit is working well. Required adjustments of damper opening. If house temperature is too low automation will not trigger valve. Otherwise it is working well with normal cycling

Great for newer furnaces.
I've had one for years. Too bad the high mineral content of our city water requires that we clean it regularly. But, we been very happy with it.

Professionally installed. After 2 years this unit melted and sagged right off the furnace. Also water inlet on top of filter snapped off after a few months and had to be epoxy glued back in place
