Ce thermomètre mesure la température et l'humidité relative à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur grâce à sa technologie sans fil capable de transmettre les données à travers les murs sur de longues distances. Son affichage numérique permet de voir la température en degrés Celsius ou Fahrenheit en plus d'afficher la tendance de la température et le minimum et maximum atteint quotidiennement à l'extérieur. Worked well...for 2 years
The product was very easy to setup and use. We only installed name brand lithium batteries as Acu-Rite suggests, and followed their setup and use instructions exactly as published. It was great for the first 2 years, and now all of a sudden does not work. We thought it might be due to a cold snap, so we brought the sensor inside and started the setup over again after a period of time with fresh batteries in both the sensor and reader (again using only batteries and expiry dates as the company prescribes). We actually tried a second time with a different brand of batteries and it still did not work, so we tossed the product in the garbage. Good product when it works, it just needs to last longer than 2 years.

Works great 95% of the time
I have had it almost 2 years and it works great 95% of the time the other 5% it shows crazy outside temps of 150+ degrees for some reason. It's done this since it was new but it will go back to the correct outside reading after 15 minutes or so. I have tried moving the outdoor sensor around and it's only about 20ft from the base so I don't know what makes it glitch at times. The only other thing is I wish I had gotten a back lit model.

Great indoor/outdoor thermometer if the outdoor sensor works
The outdoor sensor quit within the warranty period and was replaced promptly but the replacement didn't work either and was replaced. The third worked fine for about a year, now it has quit working.

Superior Instrument
I purchased this thermometer based on its apparent quality of build and it has proven to be one of the best purchases I have made. It is a quality instrument of excellent design, reasonably priced, accurate and in general, a superior product. Thank you Acu-Rite for marketing such a superior product.

Update to my previous review
Originally on my earlier review of this product I expressed my disappointment on the locally purchased Digital Thermometer defective new out of the box. I was contacted by Acurite customer service to assist me in troubleshooting. The remote sensor was defective and needed to be replaced. Rachell at Acurite went above and beyond, promptly sending me a replacement, following up to be sure problem was resolved. The thermometer is now working properly with updating and accurate readings. I currently have also a 5 in 1 weather station that I am pleased with and am looking forward to Acurite next generation of weather stations. I gave the product 5 stars, but more importantly I would give their customer service 5+ stars. Well satisfied and would surely be a return customer.

Great Thermometer
I have owned several wireless thermometers thru the years but this one seems to be the best of the best. Very easy to read has just what I wanted on it temperature and humidity for indoor and outdoor nothing else. The signal is strong and steady hasn't lost it not once. Please don't stop making this model.
