Description

Ce fumoir vertical facile à utiliser fonctionne avec du propane liquide. Il est idéal pour cuisiner à l’extérieur toute l’année. Il offre un allumage électronique à bouton permettant un allumage rapide et facile et les joints préinstallés sur les portes permettent de retenir la chaleur et de minimiser la perte de fumée pour une cuisson plus efficace. Il comprend 4 grilles de cuisson ajustables pour faire entrer les aliments de différentes tailles, ainsi qu’un support à côtes levées et des crochets à saucisses offrant des options de cuisson additionnelles. La boîte à copeaux de bois et le bol d’eau en acier à émail de porcelaine résistent à la température élevée, tandis que l’indicateur de température est doté d’une « zone de fumée » qui indique la température idéale pour infuser de la saveur fumée.

    Hello, Our gas smokers are tested and engineered for use in colder temperatures (40F-65F), so minimum temps will vary – especially when faced with sun, wind, precipitation, or humidity. On average, our smokers typically reach the low 200’s, with both burners on the lowest setting, when temps are in the upper 50’s with light winds. It’s worth mentioning that our smokers are not designed for “cold smoking”. This type of smoking typically requires temps between 40-140F. They should be able to reach maximum temperatures around 250-300 degrees.     Rated 1 de 5 de par Can't hold heat in winter or if windy. I believe I accidentally wrote my review on the single burner version of this, but I own the double. I have tried again and again with this product. Only once have I been able to get the heat to optimal temperature. Otherwise, it is practically impossible to get it hot enough. I'm literally trying to smoke pork ribs as we speak, and I can't get the temperature above 150. It is beautiful out in Calgary right now and no wind. I'm very disappointed in the product and would not recommend.

    Rated 5 de 5 de par Love it! Had my wide body gas smoker for almost a year and could not be more pleased. Easy to assemble and works great! Considered charcoal first but went with gas because I figured heat was heat. Pork butt, ribs , turkeys and salmon, all delicious. Just did a batch of everybody’s favorite beef jerky and finally felt motivated to write this review. 5 stars!

Lower temps as for sausages a little difficult to regulate. Would suggest you put one smaller burner in one side to achieve the lower heats. Using a digital thermometer I cannot get lower than 180° with one burner turned low. Otherwise, highly recomend.

    Rated 5 de 5 de par Love this smoker! Best investment! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this smoker in Dec. 2016. I used it about 15 times so far. It is so easy to cook with this smoker. I've cooked deer meat, sausage, whole chickens, whole turkey, all kinds of beef meat cuts, various types of fish, veggies, etc., etc. I've even used my cast iron skilllet with grillin beans and deer ground meat. Smoked Turkey bacon marinated with my special sauces and spices is one of my favorites! The mouth-watering flavor in the food is just outstanding. My favorite wood to use is pecan chunks. I've blessed about 8 - 10 different families so far with the extra food I cook. I've received only positive feedback. Some have even offered to buy the meat so I can cook it for them! Lastly, I store it in my garage when not in use. My kids think I'm weird because several times a week I go in the garage and just sniff the smoke stack a couple of times before I go back in the house. Love that smell! Makes me want to fire it up again. Can't wait for my next smoke!

    Rated 5 de 5 de par Gret product for the hmoe smokers. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Dyna-Glo 36 and can't believe how I was able to hold temp at 230. Meat was delicious with deep smoke ring. This is the fourth smoker that I've owned over the past 20 years and by far it has exceeded my expectations. Excellent product.
