So far so good!
I bought 4 of them recently and installed two today. I like the fact that they can lift up and slide out. I installed in the concrete foundation but did not use the provided concrete screws as the head sticks out too much hindering lifting of the window. Rather, I drilled a 3/16 with a concrete bit and inserted plastic plug and used flat head screws.

Great product for window well
I recently bought 2 of these, definitely it’s a great product. Perfectly fits on my window well and do not need much adjustments. It’s the value for money.
Please note you cannot stand on it as advertised on the promotion picture. It’s strong but not enough to hold weight of an adult.

Practice and clean look
Good overall. Anchor are provided, would do the job for brick but for concrete I recommend using bigger ones. 1 down side: cannot pivot both side of the hinges.

Suitable for basement window well cover
I bought it a few weeks ago, unfortunately only one RONA store in Sherwood Park, AB had it and I live in St. Alberta, AB. There were only 2 left on the shelf and both were return items with scratches and screws missing, but I ended up buying anyway. Product is good itself it'll get the job done, it's not a scratch resistant material and I wish Alberta carried more inventory of this product.

Neat and Durable
I easily installed 2 of these last year. The give a wonderful finished look and were very durable over winter. I am recommending these to anyone who wants a window well cover. There is no comparison to the plastic ones that become brittle and break/crack during cold months or icicle damage in winter.

Fell apart after 1 day
Installed yesterday. Found falling apart today. Now i get to go back to the store with no receipt saved just a piece of box and instructions. Pieces and photo. Dont know how the company making this can make claims to stand on it when it doesn't stay together. Pricey product. Had high expectations. Just disappointed now
