Convertible Freezer/ Refrigerator
Purchased in March 2023. Multiple complaints to company. Does NOT maintain required refrigeration temperature. I have documented with a digital thermometer inside the box, and checked multiple times during the day, and the temperature is mainly in the mid to high 40 degrees. Had technical advisor yesterday. He talked with company and they stated that this appliance is operating as intended!. I kept a daily chart for 12 days with varying temperature checks totaling 58 . During that timeframe, 21 readings were below 40 and were NEVER in the 30's for 2 readings in succession. Be advised that you will have food spoiled and it is not worth dealing with their attitude.

Do not recommend this product
Purchased on 09-26-2021 Todays date is 12-10-2022. Its is no longer freezing items. They offer no support on it. Zero, Zip, Nodda. All I get is it is no longer under warranty. How do they not know its the Compressor? I told the rep it was super hot when we unplugged it last night. Its suppose to have a 10 yr warranty on the compressor. SO much for that.

Lots of space, love this freezer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have struggled with freezer space with my current 2 fridges for years, but not anymore. I got the Midea 17- cu ft convertible upright freezer and now I have tons of space. I love the versitilty of the unit to switch between a freezer or fridge, although I have not used the fridge function yet. I was pleasently surprised with how much space it has and how quickly the freezer was ready to use. My kids wasted no time decorating the outside with magnets and I quickly unloaded my other 2 freezers into it. With four adjustable shelves and two bottom bins it is very easy to customize the space for whatever you need. I also find the four little shelves on the door are very handy for orginizing everything from pint glasses to half gallon containers of ice cream. The other feature I like is the digital display on the door which shows me the current temperature and allows for easy adjustment. The ability to lock the door with the supplied keys is pretty cool and it works well but I will probably never use that function. So if you like to cook or just like having a multitude of things on hand and ready to cook this freezer will not disappoint.

Amazing quality!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This freezer is huge and has so much room for everything you need. It's made with such great quality, it looks so modern and looks so nice in whatever room it's in. It opens and closes easily and keeps all food fresh! I would definitely recommend!

An awesome fridge or freezer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is awesome. Perfect for houses with kiddos like mine. We tend to freeze more in the winter, and use more refrigerator space in the summer, when BBQs and cookouts are popular. It has the ability to change between a deep freezer or a refrigerator with the touch of a button. It has a display on the front of the door that monitors the temperature, and has the button to change between freezer or refrigerator setting. The metal shelves are durable, and quite wonderful. We don't have any issues with the shelves collecting ice, or breaking on us. They are quite sturdy, and very spacious for all of our needs. There are even drawers on the bottom, and space on the doors for storage as well. Overall, midea has built a fantastic freezer/refrigerator combo and I could not be happier!

Incredible amount of usable space. Sturdy shelves!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Midea refrigerator/freezer is nothing short of a amazing cost efficient unit. We've already been using it for gatherings as a fridge at our bar area. Setup is quick and easy and the unit cools off very quickly. There is a incredible amount of space and holds way more then I thought it would. Far exceeded my expectations there. Next I'd like to mention the metal shelving. It is so sturdy. I put 24 bottles of Gatorade on one shelf and it didn't show any signs of bending. Truly happy with the shelving. Often times we fall short on actual usable space because of weigh, you won't have that issue with these shelves. There are 2 drawers at the bottom and 4 door shelves, also very sturdy. The design is sleek and I love how not only you can adjust temp from the front but I have never owned a unit that goes from a freezer to refrigerator at the push of a button. Another thing I like is if you choose to use this as a freezer it does come with a key to lock it. Important feature if you have children or family functions with children. Overall I have no cons only pros in all aspects from, quality, design and efficiency. A amazing unit.

Easy to use/setup convertible fridge/freezer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great buy for the money! It's super easy to setup with a quick freeze option that takes approximately 3 hours to get to -11 degrees. We were easily able to get this in our basement. There's so much space to store anything that's needed. There are 4 door shelves and 2 drawers in the fridge that are nice and sturdy! We love this and the fact that we can change this into a fridge at anytime is an even better bonus feature!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a type of person who loves to stick up in meals and meats for my family . Just incase hard times hit . I have been completely aggravated with my regular freezer beings it doesn't hold much and leaves me to throw things out beings I have no room . No longer a problem with this big upright fridge/freezer combo . It's a big size and holds so much inside it . I like the shelves are metal so cracking and breaking from being plastic wont be an issue with it . Nice sturdy shelves and also some drawers at the bottom . A lock to keep out unwanted quest. I like that with a push of a button I can convert it to a fridge or a freezer . Door shelving also included in it . It makes the perfect spot to store bagged veggies for my family . Quick freeze and my freezer was up and running in less than an hour and was so cold . Loving this .
