Very poor roofing material .
I bought this a year ago was happy with it until once we had a rain with a bit of hail. The size of hail the 1/4" not like golf ball size!! the Acrylic roof panels now have holes through the top layers at least 150 holes. Instructions say not covered by hail damage!! Only showing 2 panels. THEY need a better type of roofing material.

Le toit coule
Le toit coule lorsqu'il pleut, même si c'est une pluie minime. Les panneaux de la file 3RB et 3RC ont été mal a fabriqués. N'achetez pas ce produit!

Nice looking sun shelter
Purchased 2 weeks ago, got it installed. The first rain, it leaked between panels so to rectify, had to raise each panel because lip between panels are too loose. Still trying to figure out a solution to that issue.
Now roof, why are there ridges horizontal when pitch is vertical…. Water stays on cause has nowhere to go..
Let’s talk curtains and netting. Nets have this hook that frankly just tears at netting and both nets and curtain have to be installed inside. It’s a pain when you want to close curtains for whatever reason. but no won’t fit outside of posts….. netting has no type of attachment for bottom so when windy, netting hits you in the face, a little piece of material to attack to posts would have rectified that.
It is beautiful I must admit but frankly the cheaper model I had before was better, sturdier except for roof material that was not galvanized steel.
Finally, the instructions for roof panel placement is non existent, can you provide an installation video for this model?

Great gazebo
It is a great gazebo, pack your patience to assemble and watch the online video for assistance. Measure from the ground/decks to top of door, as we had to put ours on blocks for door clearance. As well you have to slide in panels and then push back to the house. Absolutely no rain will come in, if assembled properly and panels are closed probably. Ours survived winter snow, but we did add a tarp to be on the safe side!!

Great structure, lets in too much light.
Once it is up, it's a great structure. Very sturdy and looks really nice. We are finding now that it lets in too much light (not really a shade structure) and will have to add some sort of shade material to the panels or add a shade sail. We read the reviews ahead of time, so we thought we were prepared for how bad the assembly instructions would be. I suggest reading reviews of this item on as many sites as you can for helpful hints. We put the structure on a raised deck against the wall (couldn't access to the back to slide panels on) so the panels had to be slightly modified by removing a 1" piece of the panel edge that rides on the track to be able to slide them on from the front. That way we will be able to remove the panels for winter time.

Will not last, so disappointing
We purchased this product (under "Uberhaus" brand name) 2 years ago. Upon installation we were thrilled with it (although in hindsight our location is too sunny and the semi-transparent of the polycarbonate panels serve to heat up the space in the morning sun so in hindsight we'd have been better served with an opaque roof). However the frame was solid and it was a very attractive gazebo. Our only issue upon installation was that the panels weren't properly sealed so we had to silicone all the corners to make it leak proof. It came with winter supports which gave the illusion that the panels could withstand Canadian winters. Nothing could be further from the truth. After two winters, even with regular snow removal, the panels are so warped we can no longer open them, and the polycarbonate is so brittle that it disintegrates with even the lightest pressure (such as pine cones falling on it). To prepare for our third summer we spent 3 days re-sealing all the panels and repairing dozens of holes with gorilla tape. We haven't had enough rain yet to know if it's still waterproof, but it looks absolutely terrible as water/moisture has penetrated the panels sonow they're full of unsightly mold. We didn't bother putting the curtains back up this year, as they faded so much in first two summers that they look ridiculous. It's most disappointing because the frame is solid, but we essentially paid $1200 for a frame. Replacing the panels will cost almost as much as replacing the entire unit, so we will likely find a way to fabricate a steel roof. Live and learn I guess. If you purchase this be prepared to remove the panels and store them indoors over the winter, and he prepared to replace the curtains after 2 seasons.
