On concrete floor. Can it flow horizontally through wall to tank on other side of wall? Main picture shows it going down under floor.
The Sanigrind is designed to adapt to your existing floor discharged toilet so that is why you are seeing it flow down under the floor. If you would like to flow the waste/discharge through the wall behind the toilet then you would need to look at the Sanibest Pro grinder pump (#013), an extension pipe (#030) and a new Bowl (#083 or #087) and Tank (#005) from Saniflo. These are all sold through Lowe's Canada. If you did not need the grinder pump style you could also use the Sani3 (#032) but note it is a macerator type pump and depending on the application you would be better off with the grinder style (Sanibest Pro) as it will last longer and have less problems since it can grind up all types of toilet paper, paper towels and personal Hygiene products. If you are unsure of what may be put into the toilet then a grinder style is always the way to go (ex. Sanibest Pro).

Works well, easy to install
We bought a new Sanigrind Pro system to replace our old one, which was 10 years old. When I called Saniflo to get recommendations on info on which one to buy, they were fantastic (knowledgeable, courteous and even suggested a couple things we could check to see about extending it's longevity before buying a new one, and once it was determined a new one was the best choice, recommended that my husband could likely install it and could call if he had questions). Ordered this product through Lowes as they had the best price and could ship quickly - several other stores had it backordered or sold out likely because of Covid. Despite not receiving a shipping notice, we received the product in a week and it arrived in good condition. My husband installed it and it works perfectly. Awesome that we saved on the cost of a plumber! Highly recommend Saniflo.
