Item was highly recommended by sales associate. I wonder why as maybe it’s sales were low.
I assembled trimmer and followed exact directions to turn on.
I got exhausted pulling string so many times to get it to turn on.
Finally, when it started then weeds would jam in bottom gap of trimmer. You must unwind And clear weeds from gap, otherwise it won’t spin. I went back to store and mentioned problem to another sales associate. He said, “I would never recommend this item to anyone”.
