Description
Rust-Oleum's "Odorless" primer-sealer formula masks stains from water, fire, and smoke damage. This oil-based product is perfect for rooms requiring a finish with high covering power and where odours can be bothersome. This non-yellowing formula dries flat and sands easily. It can be used with any finish and complies with VOC standards. It was conceived for indoor use only and comes in a 3.78 L format.

Great for urine stained subfloors
I’ve used this at my house, previously occupied by a menagerie of urinating zoo creatures. 7 years into home ownership all the treated floors are odourless. More recently I used it on the subfloor at my mother’s cat urine soaked house with the same result. Cleaning floors will not get 100% of animal odour out permanently, but sealing them with this will block 100%.
