Description
Rust-Oleum's primer has multiple functions. It improves the hiding power and the coverage of deep colour paints and is made for all surfaces. It will dry in an hour, seal uniformly and block stains. You can use this primer with any topcoat you want and you can tint it too. It has a mould- and mildew-resistant film and is rustproof. The manufacturer offers a warranty.
- This grey primer is an all purpose, High Performance, water-based primer for interior and exterior residential, commercial and industrial applications
- Use on interior and exterior surfaces including new drywall, wood, masonry, metal, glossy surfaces and more
- Completely and effectively blocks stains from crayons, graffiti, grease, tannins and even light water stains
- Dries to touch in 30 minutes can be recoated in 60minutes
- Use this primer with rich or dark topcoats to improve their hide and coverage
- May be used under and over any oil or latex architectural paint

Just perfect
I have to fight back from negative reviews about this paint. What I can advise if you are having trouble is "Take your time". It is quality, performing paint. It's not meant to look and glide like thinner types of primers. Feather out and you will be surprised.
