Great concept: insane pick up costs
The bagster concept is solid. When they first came out, I used them regularly. Then the pick up costs in my area jumped from 169$ (which was already borderline) to 219$. Now it is literally cheaper for me to rent a 10y bin. So bye bye bagster: Waste Management priced itself out of the market.

Stuck with it
I live out of town, they will not pick up the bag at any cost. So why buy it, unless you just want a trailer liner to keep it clean when you go to the dump.

Useful but FAR too expensive now
It's a bin that holds enough to do a large cleanup or a small demo or reno. But they have consistently raised prices, to the point where a 10y bin is actually the same price, and a 5y bin is outright cheaper. Since I have great dumpster services around here, I won't be buying them anymore. Simply not worth the cost.

Terrible customer service
2 Bagsters were outside in month of December, when they came for pickup, 1 had torn at the handle when trying to lift, frozen as per driver. could not remove/ I complained to customer service that bags should be able to withstand winter, and now I had a mess to clean up and remove.
No offer to send a replacement bag.
