Description

The compressed pellets are made with 99.7 percent pure, vacuum granulated salt, and come in a bag for easy pouring and storage. Using Windsor water softener results in less iron build-up and mineral scaling in appliances, such as dishwashers and washing machines. Clean Salt!
After using a few bags, this salt is noticeably cleaner, no impurities. I won’t have to clean the bin as often. Worth paying a bit more to keep equipment clean.

Appears to work as specified.
It appears to work just as well as the previous 18 bags we used since we moved into a place with a well. No complaints. The water tested fine a year ago. Does not seen to taste any different since then.

Does the job
It does the job and only needing about 1 bag a month, the cost is acceptable. It gets the well water down to 200ppm salt and minerals. About the same as Vancouver city water. We may try the anti Iron buildup product next time.

Best available for home softener systems!
I have been using this since it was introduced years ago by Windsor. I will not use anything else now since it helps to keep your softener working efficiently.
