Good looking lights
The lights themselves look quite nice, installation is pretty straight forward.
I'm not sure if Lowes has updated the description but this doesn't come with bulbs.
Only a couple sections closer to the centre of the light can be adjusted. You'll need to make sure that when you adjust the arms that the weight is balanced on both sides otherwise you'll notice a title, this is because the light is held up by the chain, so had this been a solid pole instead of a chain, you'd probably have more freedom adjusting the arms on the light.
The last issue is that moving the arms too much it doesn't always stay in place sometimes.
