Crystal Clear
The ease of installation and the clarity of the water justify our purchase of this water filtratrion system. Our city is known for some of the best water in the county, the whirlpool filter takes it a step further.

I have used this product and am happy with the taste difference of the water. In regards to changing filters it has been a challenge as they pop off spraying water under my cabinets. Now they will not engage. I’ve spent 3 hours looking for a video to trouble shoot this.

Not What I Expected
We owned the WHEE model and had it for about 10 years. We bought Whirlpool WHADUS5 UltraEase Dual Stage Water Filtration System to replace it. I do not like the new filter, as the water has a plastic taste to it. Never had any tastes with the previous model.

Changing filters
I tried changing the filters the 1st time without turning the water off, and the water flow was poor. The next time changing the filters I turned the water off. The water flow is like when it was 1st installed!!

Do not buy this filtration system...keep looking
Used the dual stage system for six months with no problems and attempted to change the filters only to have two different sets of filters shoot out of the housing. If the taps runs, it's fine. They stay in. If it's shut off, we get filters and waters all over the floor. Yes, we bought the right filters and yes we tried installing different ways.

Easy installation
So easy to install. All the parts are included. Took me about 10 minutes to install. Water is so much cleaner and tastes great
