Description
Featuring a beautiful white finish, smooth touch controls and a slow-close glass edge lid, this high efficiency top load washer by Whirlpool has a smooth impeller and offers a large capacity of 5.5 cubic feet that gives clothes room to move. The pretreat station lets you soak, scrub and wash with a built-in, dual temperature faucet and a fabric brush. Detergent can also be added to the water stream to spot-treat stains and the washer is equipped with the Load & Go dispenser that can store enough detergent for 20 loads! A convenient presoak option lets you soak your items while the washer keeps track of time to automatically start the cycle when clothes are ready, while the deep water wash option lets you customize the water level for an optimal clean. Plus, with a 750 RPM spin speed, the clothes will need less time in the dryer. This Wi-Fi-enabled appliance also lets you control certain features and receive notifications on a smart device. This product is covered by a limited 1-year warranty.

Very poor.
Bought this about 4 years ago. Nothing but problems initially with the motor and electrics, very poorly put together. The main irritation is the ‘affresh’ wash cycle. It will actually stop you from washing if this is required. The affresh cycle takes 1:08 hr which is a total waste of time, water and energy. It won’t tell you before you add a load, it will add a bit of water then kick out a rejection. This is present on all Whirlpool makes (whirlpool, Maytag etc) because they own affresh. It occurs about every 10 loads and there is no way of bypassing it. I’m looking to replace this because of this. The machine is also very load, lots of clicks as it changes cycles, spin speeds or change of direction. It is very noisy.

Leaves lint on clothes!
I've had this washer for several months. At first I liked it but now every load comes out covered in lint. I use affresh to clean my washer, I wipe out the machine between uses- still covered in lint. I've tried looking at the manual and online how to fix this and no info...

Stopped working
I had two weeks left on the factory warranty when it quit working. Called for service and was told it would take a week to get anyone to look at it. Now I am stuck going to a laundry mat to do laundry. Even before it stopped working, it occasionally threw error codes which could be resolved by unplugging it for a few moments and plugging it back in. But, that is still annoying. Would not purchase again. I have been loyal to whirlpool for a while, but I will be looking into other brands in the future.
