Control Knobs
This oven works great, there are only a couple things I do not like about this oven.
1. Control knob markings rub off, I've search for replacement parts and cannot find any, it rubbed off after a month of use.
2. The touch screen can be too sensitive or not work at all depending on where moisture lands.
I can get over the touch screen issue, it worts itself out. But I cannot stand the guessing game when turning the stove top on.

Lots of features
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was told I could link this to my phone but after several attempts it still has not worked. I was also told there was an update but I can figure that out neither. It makes a loud noise sometimes when oven on but a hip check seems to work. Otherwise. My first gas stove takes getting used to but I do like it very much.

Knobs in front are dangerous
The knobs are so easily turned on. Every day it turns on and leaks gas. I would never recommend this stove, wish the knobs were on top

Like stove mostly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall really like this stove. Like smart features and the control panel. Only real complaint is that the low setting on the burners isn’t really low, if move large pot to smaller burners it can work as simmer but a small pot of rice on small burner still burns a little hot for simmer as does big pot on big burner. Otherwise pretty pleased with appliance.

Air fryer feature overated; griddle useless
The air fryer is just convection oven with another name. I have tried different temperatures and foods with unsatisfactory results. Bought stand alone air fryer. The middle burner does not heat the griddle evenly even with preheating. The middle area is only place to cook pancakes even with preheating the griddle. No griddle was furnished with stove so used one from another brand. Wish I had stuck with other brand!

Little annoyances
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Clock always loses 4 or 5 minutes. Reset it and two days later it’s behind 4-5 minutes again.
Settings (high, med, etc.) have worn off three of the knobs.

We got this range I September and overall we love it. a couple of issues though.
the control knobs have already lost their names. The HI, MED, LO names are only printed on and have now already rubbed off. The front-facing control is dangerous in the fact that if you lean against the dials, [if you are short and have a little bit of a tummy] the dial turns just enough to get the gas leaking but not enough to ignite the burner. Lastly I find it difficult and poor instructions on setting the time.
