This Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator combines an outstanding capacity with a refined and professional design. It has a fingerprint-resistant stainless steel exterior. This appliance features an infinity slide shelf that puts small items on the sides and large, high-traffic items in the centre. The adjustable centre pane slides back and stops at any point to give you the room you need. You can store fruits and veggies in the humidity-controlled crisper. The pizza pocket easily stores frozen pizzas upright without trying to fit them on flat freezer shelves, and it can be folded down. The freezer's adaptive defrost system automatically monitors the freezer environment and runs the cycle only when necessary. Easily find the freezer at night when you turn on the LED nightlight. Ice maker issue
Within a year of purchasing this appliance, the ice maker stopped producing ice. A huge and long process began without any of the Lowe’s technicians able to repair the broken ice maker.
To this day, it still doesn’t work.

Humming good fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good (mostly) after about three weeks or so. Exact date of delivery/setup unrecalled.
We are not happy with the fridge emanating a semi-loud humming noise. Literature has said the humming is part of normal operation of the fridge's humidity control. Not sure why the noise is considered normal. It is actually an irritant. The fridge hums more than it doesn't.
