This Whirlpool freestanding range features a true convection cooking system that allows you to cook food faster by using a 3rd element and a fan to distribute hot air evenly around food. In addition, this range features Frozen Bake technology. You can now skip the preheat step when cooking frozen foods such as pizza, fries, lasagna, and pies. Furthermore, with 3000 W of cooking power, the FlexHeat double radiant element includes 2 powerful elements in 1: a 6-inch inner ring that can be used for small pots and pans, and a 9-inch ring that's perfect for larger cookware. The oven's self-cleaning system has 3 different settings: light, moderate, and heavy. It really makes it easier to remove stubborn food residue from inside the oven. Moreover, a built-in sensor monitors the oven temperature and adjusts the settings of the cooking elements to ensure food cooks evenly. This stainless steel electric range comes with a 1-year limited warranty for your convenience.

One drawback / problem we are having is the lack of an electrical outlet on the range. Our previous range had two electrical outlets - one on either side. We wish this was pointed out to us as we would have purchased a model with electrical outlets on it.

Our First Whirlpool Range
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We have tried most of the features on our new range. It would have been nice to have a physical booklet come with the range when learning to use some of the features...rather than having to look up things online.
Love the large oven window and also love the fact that you can see the temperature when preheating. The signal that the oven is up to temperature is also handy. Wasn't that impressed with the convection bake so will likely use the regular bake setting more often.The bottom storage drawer seems very flimsy especially compared to our old stove. The cooktop is nice.... just hope with continued use that it does not scratch.

Great oven for baking
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I like the oven, it bakes very well. I do alot of canning so would rather have had conventional burners instead of the glass top. I do not feel the glass top lends itself to cannning so had to purchase an electric canner for that purpose.
