Quality is garbage
We recently bought this model on May 8, 2024. The water softener has gotten broken yesterday May 17, 2024. Quality is garbage. The screen shows an error message and caused a crazy leak which went out through our sum pump and flooded half of our backyard. It is extremely difficult to reach out the warranty. Whirlpool will typically emails you back and forth and asks tons of pictures, then requests you to open the water softener and troubleshoot yourself. To get someone in to fix it is an unknown.

Works great
I bought this softener a couple of weeks ago and found it was on sale for $150.00 less 10 days later. Thanks Rona for refunding the difference when you are a senior all savings help. great softener at a great price and fantastic customer service.
