I just want to know if the remote has a fan reverse direction on it
Yes, this Fan will be able to reverse its direction.
Twist the glass counter-clockwise to unlock the glass, remove it from the light kit plate(1), the slide switch (2) is located inside the light kit. Replace the glass after you reverse the slide switch. NOTE: Turn off and wait for fan to completely stop before changing the setting of the forward/reverse slide switch.
