The Flora Royal 30-in ceiling fan is both beautiful as well as functional. As durable as it is stylish, the Flora Royal relies on a silicon steel motor with dual capacitor to provide powerful, quiet circulation. Three fan speeds and a reverse switch help keep you comfortable year-round. In warm weather, run the fan counterclockwise to stay cool. In cold weather, run it clockwise to recirculate warm air from the ceiling, eliminating cold spots and drafts.

Do I have to purchase a remote control and the receiver separately? Does it have pull strings if I do not get a remote? Does it include a downrod with purchase of the fan?
The Floral Royal includes the pull strings and down rod for its ceiling fan. The remote control and receiver are sold separately.

Does this include remote control?
No, it doesn't include a remote control. That would need to be purchased separately.
If interested in using a controller, we would recommend the Universal 3-Speed Remote Control (Model: 77870-1448). It is compatible with the Flora Ceiling fan.

My Name is Not Anna
First off my name is not Anna so if you are going to use the system that is supposed to fill in names then you should make sure it works. Second I returned this Fan. I thought I was buying a 36 inch fan and when I got it I realized it was not the right size. I returned this to the Regina Store on August 24, 2020 and still not have received credit. I thought she said 7 to 10 business days but its over that now.
