Expected better quality.
Purchased about 4 years ago. Worked very well first couple years, then started draining batteries within weeks. Expensive batteries (4AA = $22!) lasted 2-2.5 weeks. Recently, buttons stopped working so couldn’t enter code/unlock. Customer service said that’s what happens with overuse. Primarily use garage to enter/exit so it wouldn’t be due to overuse. Following suggestion to have a functioning product is to buy another one. So plan on spending $200 every 2-3 years to replace before complete failure by 4th year?

Purchased in 4 piece combo.
This deadbolt was part of the 4 piece combo kit. Installed september 2022 and the keypad has NEVER worked. You hear the mechanism but the latch does not pop out to engage in the slot.

Looks nice
I bought this lock about 4 years ago and it worked fine until this spring it then began eating batteries about every 5 to 7 days. Still looks nice tho :-(

Don't bother
4 years in the motor slows down to a crawl and finally stops. This is part of the "electronics" warranty, which is 1 year. The "smart key" function stopped working in about year two. Weiser apologized, but did nothing about it when I called. To charge me an extra $120 for an electronic lock, but to provide a one year coverage for the extra expense is tantamount to robbery. "Would you recommend this product to a friend?" I wouldn't recommend this product to someone I don't like, let alone a friend.
