Great lock
Was reading all the negative reviews and was surprised. I've had this halo smart lock installed at my cottage for 3 years and it has been magnificent. So much so that I bought one for our townhouse. Easy to install and batteries last more than 6 months. Remote feature is awesome to let contractors in. Highly recommend.

Nice, especially pleasing design. However, makes terribly grinding noise when opens and closes. Seems working very hard and drains batteries quickly. Hard to pair in Bluetooth. Image of barcode when scanned , brings up sponsored car advertising. App does not provide remote code change.

Great no won't connect to alexa
Easy to install and connect to wifi, everything works and can be used via the app download. The main issue is that I can't get it connected to my alexa, tried everything that its states, when trying to enable the skill in alexa it says its no longer available????

Why do batteries go dead everytime i leave for the week. Power goes out batteries are dead. Wifi goes down batteries empty themselves. House built 6 weeks. 16 batteries emptied and i am locked out.

Pire serrure intelligente que j’ai jamais eu. Les batteries ne durent même pas un mois, et l’application aussi n’est pas très intéressante. Quand jessai de changer un code ou de créer un nouvel utilisateur cela ne fonte pas 9 fois sur 10. Je ne recommande pas du tout cette poignée

Nice, but terrible battery life
Very nice looking lock and great features but the battery life is embarrassing and this product should not be purchased. Lots of other options there that are better value for your money.
