Used several times, then got one that leaks
Installed this a few days ago, then while cleaning up felt some water dripping. Looked up, and the pex side of this fitting was dripping. Thought that I didn't install it correctly, so I disassembled, re-cut the pex pipe and resassembled, same thing. I used the insert on the pex side, but not on the copper side as per the instructions. Very disappointed, good thing it didn't fail while I was away for a longer time. Obviously a quality control issue.
