Could be more rigid
This shelf is OK for lighter items but, because the wires that form the shelf have no cross bracing they deflect independently when heaver items are placed on them/
I like the Gladiator system, though. It looks great and it's helpful to be able to move shelves, hooks, etc. around as needs change or to make the layout more efficient.
