The Control Spray QX5 paint sprayer offers more control and efficiency than a brush or roller and applies coatings 5X faster than a brush. It's great for spraying a smooth, consistent finish on medium-sized projects such as garages, fences, outdoor furniture, sheds and more. It can stain an 8-ft x 8-ft area in less than a minute to quickly get your projects done! The spray gun also features multiple adjustable settings to suit your project and coating needs including an adjustable spray volume, spray pattern, spray width and variable paint flow. The sprayer has just a few removable parts that rinse clean so your sprayer is ready for the next project.

This product is aweful
I would give this a zero star if i could! Do not waste your money on this. It will spray uneven globby paint all over your project and completely ruin it. You are better off using a paint brush.... no matter the size of project.

A neat sprayer!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been putting off painting the lattice under my deck, but finally decided to get the job done today using the Wagner Control Spray QX5 Handheld Stain Sprayer. I set aside a few hours since I’d never used the machine before, and started by reading the manual. The instructions were easy to follow and I had the sprayer loaded and ready to go within minutes - it’s very intuitive. I was worried that it might be heavy and awkward to hold once the canister was filled up with paint, but I was able to hold it one handed and spray from multiple angles. The controls on the sprayer allow you to change the flow as well as the angle of spray. It doesn’t waste a lot of paint, either. I expected to see a good half inch of paint sitting in the bottom of the canister when I was done, but it really sprays almost all of the paint out leaving very little behind. The whole job took under 30 minutes to complete (including the setup and cleanup) and came out looking great! The machine comes apart easily when you’re done for quick cleanup. Just put everything in the sink and rinse out all the parts. They even included a little tiny pipe cleaner to help get all of the nozzle area completely cleaned out. This made such quick work of the deck that I’m planning to use this to stain my fence. Highly recommend

Easy to setup, use, and clean. Amazing Product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this sprayer. It works great and is so easy to put together and even easier to clean when you're done. It sprays evenly, it allows you to turn the speed up or down depending on what you're doing, it also allows you to turn the nozzle while painting/staining to get even coats. This is jadns down the best painter/sprayer I have ever used in all my years in construction. I love this things there is only one draw back to me, in my opinion the paint bucket is a little too small and I found myself having to add paint alot, but the performance is top notch and made a job that would have normally taken me hours, take about 20 minutes. I would recommend this one to anyone DIY, PRO's.... Anyone. Wagner did a great job on this, and SO easy to clean. This thing literally took about 10 minutes to clean it, my wife wanted to try it as well. And she even loved it. She painted part of the project and it looks awesome too. So glad we got one of these. This thing is going to be doing of work for us.

Outdoor fence refurbishing was a breeze!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to redo some fencing and used solid stain to paint the boards. It wasn't a big job but it definitely would take awhile to roll or brush it. The spray was very easy to use and was light and balanced with the full bottle. No bulky hose to handle. Setup time was minimal. The stain/paint went exactly where I needed it to go with very little overspray once you dialed it in to what you want. Clean up was simple and was not a mess.

Easy to use and finished smooth
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used sprayers before but not with stain so I wasnt sure exactly how it would work. It turned out fine. I stained a counter top that I didnt want to replace because of a future kitchen remodel, but just not quite ready for it yet.
