I have had Vitapur for several years, I haven't used in the last year. When I turned it on it wouldn't work. It doesn't detect water bottle.

I have the Vitapur - Bottom Load Water Dispenser, I had this now over 2 years. A problem occur few days back, the cold water is not working, the water that is supposed to come cold, warm water is coming out. Can you please tell me how to fix it?

Not recommanded for long time use
I bought 2.5 year ago. It runs well and than water taste aweful and smells bad. Done all remedies but not worth it. Called customer service and they accepted its manufacturing problem. So they told me to return to the store but store refuse to return as it out of warranty.

Well this is my second Now
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally got this model for my mother-in-law because, she lives in LA and as many as you no City water is horrible. She had it for sometime and then there's some weird issue with it. I was worried we're going to have to pay something. Time to pass since I bought her it. The company was awesome about it got us a new one no charge. Even came and switch it out for her.
I recently moved to LA, and for me it's a no-brainer. I picked it up probably 2 months ago and it works great. today I had to break down the Box and then get rid of it and of course had to put in a review. It's a great piece of machine instant oatmeal in the morning with the high temperature instant coffee I need instant mix the hot button works Great with. the cold water is actually cold and not room temperature. And then they do have a room temperature setting which is great because that's my this all in all it a good machine.

Great Water Dispenser
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had it as a gift for the las 2018 Christmas. Using it every single day all day long. So happy our friends chose this model. It is a very stylish, fancy looking dispenser. Working very quiet, dispensing pretty cold water on the manufacture setting, and the hot water futures makes hot enough water to make a cup of tea. The room temperature future is a nice addition too for me personally as I never drink cold water. We are very happy with this equipment and would definitely buy it again.
