Description

As practical as it is beautiful, the three-panel adjustable louver system allows you to choose between sun and shade for a completely customizable sanctuary all day long. The louver panels turn 45 degrees in both directions, with 4 inches between each panel. With the sun at its highest point, the Elysium will provide full shade.

No the shutters only close to a 45 degree angle

Can the width and depth be increase to 144" on center between posts, and 144" between wall and post center?
Unfortunately they cannot be increased as this is a louvered pergola. The rafter spacing has to remain constant to fit the louver bars and louvers into the pergola. If you increase the spacing between the posts it will offset the measurements between the rafters and the louver sections won't fit.

Hi, is it possible to extend the length or width from 12x12 to 12x16?
Good morning, thank you for the questions. Our pergolas only come in specific sizes, and some can be modified. Because the Elysium is a Louvered Pergola it is very difficult to modify to a larger size. It can be done, but would require buying all the extra parts to increase the size. Based on the cost and work involved, it would not be advisable. Thanks

Can the height of the pergola be adjusted?
Hello there. Thank you for reaching out to us with your question. Yes, the posts can be trimmed down to make your pergola shorten, or if you want to make it taller, we sell a pergola extension kit that can add up to 24" inches.

The accessories for installation ie the mounting brackets and or you can purchase extra parts in case you want to modify the structure ie height

What is the over all height.
8 feet but we added the extenders to go over Our patio doors and windows which added another 2 feet so ours is 10 feet high

Louvered roof - can you open and close?
The louvered roof on the Elysium is engineered to open and close manually to let you direct the amount of shade you like. The louvers only close at a maximum of 45 degrees and they overlap so that, when the sun is at its hottest, directly overhead, you get full shade.

What are dimensions? 141” square ??
The dimensions for the Elysium pergola are 144" wide and 141" long, outside post to outside post.
This pergola is covered by our 20 year manufacturer's warranty and you'll never have to paint it or stain it.
