This 30-in under cabinet range hood comes with two deluxe, high-efficiency micro-filters that are easy to clean. Its filter clean reminder makes for easy and timely maintenance. Two-level LED lighting light gives ample and even illumination over the cooktop. The LED lights are heat resistant for a long-lasting performance. This stainless steel range hood has a sleek design that will complement the existing kitchen design. It comes with a 1-year warranty on parts and labour. It measures 21 in D x 5 in H.

Can you tell me what it means when the 3 fan lights blink. I think it means the setting memory is not working. But there is nothing in the manual about it.
Hello MarathonMan, thank you for your inquiry! When it is time to clean the hood and filters (refer to Cleaning and Maintenance on page 6), the 3 blower button LED indicators will flash slowly for 30 seconds after turning the blower OFF. This will happen every time the blower is turned OFF until the filter cleaning reminder has been reset. Once the cleaning is done, reset the filter cleaning reminder indicators by pressing on blower button for 3 seconds during the 30 seconds the 3 blower button LED indicators flash slowly. can the filter be cleaned in dishwasher?
The aluminum mesh grease filters should be washed in your dishwasher approximately every month depending on the amount of usage. Clean all-metal filters in the dishwasher using a non-phosphate detergent. Discoloration of the filter may occur if using phosphate detergents, or as a result of local water conditions — but this will not affect filter performance. This discoloration is not covered by the warranty. To minimize or prevent discoloration, wash filters separately in the sink with a mild detergent. Wash often if your cooking style generates greater grease like frying foods or wok cooking. You cannot clean/wash the non-ducted carbon filters; they must be replaced.

J’ai acheté cet article il y a moins d’un mois et j’en suis satisfait à 80%. Il y a plus de bris à la 2e et 3e vitesse que je ne pensais mais elle fait quand même moins de bris que mon ancienne par contre, elle tire énormément plus.

La hotte fonctionne bien et relativement silencieuse, mais 3 mois apres l'installation les bouton ne fonctionne plus. Ca fais plus de 2 mois qu'on attend l'évaluateur de garantie pour vérifier !

Crap range hood this is the 2nd one and both bad
Crap 2nd one and both are not square or flat so when there installed they look bad and hang down on one end . The filter screens are poor design . It looks like the same manufacturer nutone and brone venmar all have the same problem and are identical .
This cost over 500 dollars plus 2 installs.

Très difficile pour moi de faire démarrer le ventilateur ainsi que d'utiliser la lumières car j'ai les doigts froid. Mon conjoint, aucun problème. Vraiment pas pratique pour moi. Hier nous étions 3 personnes pour le faire démarrer un seul y a réussi après plusieurs toucher.

Horrible disorganized instructions. They could be better written by a middle school student. BEWARE! This is NOT a 1 person job as it implies. Minimum of 2 people required. It's heavy, and difficult to hold. Doesn't seem to be sucking in any air when on lowest setting. The only reason I haven't returned it YET is because of time and effort required to install it. Would expect MUCH better considering it's price range.

Terrible product, dreadful service, no warranty
I purchased this product year and a half ago. You would think it will last at least couple of years. But no. Both plastic fans cracked. And it seems that is ongoing problem with this range hood. Called customer service but I was told that is not covered under warranty . I would never buy anything from this company. Customer service is terrible. I was expected to pay for the repairs which cost more more than buying one from reputable supplier. This one is certainly not.
