Venti Trash Can measures 35 inches tall by 14.5 inches in diameter, with a 16 gallon (62L) capacity. Great product + great service = happy customer
So I was looking for 3 trash cans for my new house. One for general waste, one for recyclable, and the other for cans and bottles. I really like Umbra's trash bin when I saw it on the website, great design, big enough size and more importantly affordable price. But I decided to buy only one at this time just to make sure the actual product is as nice as the one that I saw on the website. When it was delivered I was really disappointed because there was a big hole in the package box in the bin inside was broken. It looked like it happened during the delivery but I decided to just give a call to Umbra Customer Service anyway.
The customer service person was really kind and she said they were going to send me a new one without asking further questions. I knew I deserved this but it’s a whole different story when it comes to getting something I deserve these days from companies(I am fighting my insurance companies on a claim and they are horrible).
So I decided to just buy 2 more(thankfully the come in 3 different colors and all of them look stunning) and now my wife loves how they fit in my new house. Happy wife, happy husband and I am very grateful for Umbra.
