Have had this a few years, but the toilet seat has broken and I'm struggling to find a replacement. 6" bolt spread, instead of the standard 5.5". Distance from bolt holes to front of bowl is 17" (round bowls typically 16.5", elongated 18.5"). Options?

Terrible
Had this toilet for about 2 yrs - toilet seat just broke and we can’t find one that fits. There are no replacements parts for this toilet. The seat is 17 inches and all toilet seats out there are 18 and 16… it’s terrible.

Great toilet, nice clean appearance
I installed this Unerhaus one piece toilet over the weekend in our second bathroom, final piece to our Reno. The toilet came will all hardware and nice upgraded wax gasket, the toilet has some weight to it, being a one piece, but install was smooth and simple. Great overall appearance with soft close lid and no exposed hardware, I will be ordering another one when we complete our washroom in the basement.

Après moins d'un an d'utilisation la toilette a commencé à faire défaut. Le mécanisme pour tirer la chaine est ''cheap'' et la porcelaine de mauvaise qualité également...je ne recommande pas cet achat...allez avec une marque de meilleure qualité

Best way to install this amazing toilet
I am sticking up for this toilet because it is slim, compact, dual flush and modern-ish. Perfect for our tiny bathroom. There is one thing that you can do to make install a lot easier. It is true that it is a little tricky to align the bolts with the openings when you go to install the toilet. The trick is to throw out the wax seal that comes with the toilet and instead buy a FluidMaster rubber seal. You can reposition the seal if needed which is the big big downside to using typical wax seals. It took 2 of us 2 attempts to position the toilet properly so we would have ruined the wax seal had we used it. Total install time for the toilet was 45 minutes with 2 of us.

-YOU NEED TO FLUSH THREE TIMESTO CLEAN THE BOWL
-VERY WEAK FLUSH SYSTEM
-THAT WHISTLE NOISE NEVER STOPS WHENEVER YOU FLUSH
-THE SEAT ALWAYS LOOSE NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU TIGHTEN
-THE BOTTOM LINE WHEN IT COMES TO TOILET YOU SHOULD ALWAYS BUY 5* EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO PAY A LITTLE BIT EXTRA BEACUASE YOU DONT WANT TO REPLACE TOILET EVEY YEAR

dont buy this toilet
Have had this toilet for about three years. Problems right from the start. It clogs continuously. It requires a plunger to be near at all times. And after you plunge this toilet, the clogged material gets pushed up into the bowl-re-filling area so that the next flushes will include bits and pieces of "you know what" filling the bowl. This lasts for about a week till it clears.
Also, had to replace the toilet seat because it broke, not a problem, but there is no proper sized replacement for this model. No uberhaus toilet seat exists to replace the one it comes with and all other replacements from other suppliers do not fit properly - hanging over the edge or too small showing the bowl lip.
Just do yourself a favour, dont buy this toilet.
