Oscillating Breaks Down Too Easily
I have now gone through two of these fans, and both have broken the same way after roughly one summer of use: eventually, they stop oscillating the way they should, getting stuck at one end of the cycle. While it is nicer looking than most fans, I will not be purchasing a third one since it's too expensive to be that unreliable, and it doesn't include interesting features like a remote.

Je viens juste d'acheter ce ventilateur hier et franchement, j'en suis très surpris! C'est toute une bombe, juste le premier niveau d'intensité est suffisant pour vois rafraîchir! Le seul bémol est qu'il est très bruyant, quoique c'est normal pour un ventilateur en métal. N'empêche, je le recommande seulement si vous voulez aérer des pièces ou en cas de grande chaleur; car le son peut facilement devenir irritant à la longue.

It's Okay
The fan looks nice. The exposed surfaces are all metal. The fan blades are metal. However, the speed control knob AND the oscillator control pin are both plastic. So, the things you interact with the most, the things most likely to break... are plastic. Also the fan tilts up and down but only within about 15° so it's almost useless trying to do so. ALSO, the lowest speed setting is still pretty torrential, so it's loud and way too windy and not suitable for the small office room I bought it for. I don't know what to do with this thing since we can't return things during this COVID time.
