Accessoire introuvable, la chasse d’eau
J’ai acheté cet article il y a plusieurs années . Correct. Par contre, la chasse d’eau spéciale qui y est installée est quasi introuvable. Même le magasin qui vend la toilette n’en tient pas en stock.

Très satisfait
J’ai acheté cette toilette il y a six ans et je suis satisfait du produit, le seul problème rencontré est la fixation du siège que j’ai dû modifier pour l’empêché de devenir lâche, après six ans il ferme encore délicatement comme lors de l’installation.
Je suis étonné des notes basses qu’on lui attribue, aucun problème avec l’isolant intérieur du réservoir, mécanisme toujours en bon état, bref, un très bon achat pour moi.

Nous avons acheté la toilette sans vraiment lire les reviews sur le produits... La toilette est très jolie mais le mécanisme était déjà défectueux lors de l'installation. Mon conjoint s'est occupé de la changer et même si elle est fonctionnelle, elle me déplait encore ! La cuve est beaucoup trop allongée et nos besoins arrivent partout sauf dans l'eau... mon conjoint me dit qu'elle n'est pas pratique non plus pour un homme qui s'asseoit dessus... bref éviter cet achat même si vous la trouvez belle !

As noted by others, the toilet has only lasted for 3 years of use. The toilet now runs due to a defective flap seal, and cannot be fixed as parts are not available.

Water leaking cost me almost $800

Terrible
Recently moved into home with these toilets. Terrible. Can barely flush a single piece of toilet paper. Had plumber come out and he said there was nothing to be done. Will be replacing all of them in the home.
