Incompatible/non-standard shower arm
The shower arm for the rain shower head is a non-standard part and is not compatible to standard sized drop ear elbows used in majority of North American installations. No adaptors are included. There is no contact information on or inside the shipping package. Reached out to Rona via phone help, received an email from orders@lowes.ca and I replied with a description of my problem and attached photos. Have not received a response after over a week. Given I have already installed everything else, I did not want to disassemble everything for return. I had to separately purchase another shower arm.
