With a glossy finish, this high performing coating is designed to provide a hard, durable, high gloss "hammered metal" finish to a variety of substrates. The coating may be applied directly to most material without the aid of a primer. Rust inhibition is greatly enhanced through multiple coats or the use of a Tremclad primer.

Nozzle defective !!
After priming the metal surface I started to use this product. It was, intermittently good. Even though I thoroughly shook the can for 120 seconds, from the very first spray, large blobs of paint came out. I was forced to waste about half the contents of the can test spraying onto a sheet of cardboard and wiping the nozzle with varsol. Needless to say, I have come up short and will have to buy more bronze coloured paint.
