Perfect replacement
After installing one light that was burnt out, we liked the nice white light much better in the kitchen that we replacement all four (this is a little less yellow than the halogens we had, which we will use in other parts of the house). All the bulbs work great, dim without issues and fit in the existing fixtures. If they last the expected 20+ years I am definitely a LED convert, may never have to change them. Got similar LEDs from Toronto LED for the washroom and hallway as well. Made in Canada is a big plus also, I just wish the packaging was fully plastic free like their PAR20 bulbs. More expensive than halogens but should last much longer (my halogens burn out after about 3-5 years), as prices go down these will be a no brainier, don't see myself buying anything else from now on.

Excellent Lights and Great Quality
I've been looking for quality G9 LED lights for a few years now. All the ones I found that were anywhere near the 50w equivalent I wanted to replace were way too long to fit in the tight space in our fixtures. So I decided to try these ones from Toronto LED. Well I was not disappointed. These lights were almost the same size as the originals so they fit perfectly. Although they are only 5W, the light output is just as bright as a 50W halogen bulb. These warm white lights give off a beautiful bright natural light with not too much yellow hue and no blue hue at all, which some LEDs suffer from. I am so happy with these.... I just wish I had found them before. To think that the two fixtures we put these in (12 lights total) now use only 60W total compared to the 600W used with the original lights? Wow! We can light both fixtures with just about the same amount of wattage of just one of the 50W halogen bulbs we were previously using. Hello energy savings! I just can't say enough about these lights. Buy them you won't regret it.
