Saved a ton of time cutting & installing laminate.
Bought this to do my own renovations. Saw it was heavy duty and easy to carry.
Previously used a table saw and jig saw to cut the laminate. Went through a lot of blades and constant dust cleanup before giving up. This cutter was a time and frustration saver for me. It reduced the room laminate installs from three days to one day. It was a one-man DIY renovation project. The cutter was easy to set up from the instructions in the operation manual. Easy to carry from room to room. It made clean cuts in the 12.6 mm Laminte. Easy to cut with the extended handle for leverage. Glad I got it and the wife was happy with the results.

Good but not completely satisfied
Convenient having a cutter right on site - saved a lot of time and effort. However, cutting long pieces of laminate (15mm) left a jagged edge (not clean) and the other part flew across the floor - so make sure nobody is standing nearby. When cutting from a shorter board, the cuts were clean. Will have to try it on vinyl next.
