The Tooltech Xpert backer boards are the newest solution for watertight surrounds, replacing cumbersome traditional cement backers. Thanks to their XPS core, fibreglass reinforced design and cement coating, these foam boards provide outstanding thermal insulation and waterproofing properties. With multiple prefabricated styles and sizes to choose from, they are perfect for custom designs, reducing the installation time significantly. Rated for indoor and outdoor applications, their lightweight construction makes them easy to transport and install. They can be used under ceramic tiles, wood floors, heating systems or structural framing in bathrooms, kitchens, or basements. They can also be used on their own or as part of the complete Tooltech Xpert waterproofing system.

- Available in various thicknesses and sizes, they are lightweight, easy to handle, and may be cut easily with any standard utility knife
