Do not waste your time and effort on this product
Just finished using as instructed by manufacturer on a 2 year old Benjamin Moore semi transparent stain job.
This product does absolutely nothing to remove stain. Seriously, I cannot believe how useless it is.

Easy to use deck cleaner
I use this every spring to clean the dirt and winter accumulated grime from my deck. This cleans it up nicely and preps my deck for bbq season.
