I Apple 2coat of techniseal satin and sealer water base, may i apply one coat of sealer oil base to look shiny
hello I have a garden water fountain made of some sort of cement and has a beige paint, unfortunately during the summer it gets very dirty with algea and hard to clean, can i use your product to coat it so the algue will not stick directly on the surface?

Works great
I use this product yearly to waterproof my patterned concrete. It has worked well for the past 20 years the concrete looks relatively new and has no water damage

Old favourite !
Have used this product for years on my outside dock and decks. When we installed the last wood overlay, the normal life of it was stated as 6 to 7 years. Now going on 10 years and still looking pretty good. Wife wants to upgrade to composite - once she gets quote - will, more than likely be keeping what we have with a new coat of Thomspsons every year to keep it going. Bought 2 cans of the 9.45 l on sale so good for this and next year. Why not 5 stars? I know I can get a 5 star product - but at what extremely more expensive price ? Happy with the cost and value I get with it.

Use with confidence
We have a 14 year old PT deck, which was badly weathered and had significant organic matter covering most of the surface. After pressure washing, I applied one coat of Thompson’s Multi-Surface Water proofer, and our deck now looks brand new.

Thomsons multi purpose water sealant
About a month ago, I applied clear multi purpose wood sealant on my wooden fence and rail Within a month of application wood looked beaten and faded/ greyish. Any suggestions on what I should do and when? The wood I used to make the fence and rail is Basra Locus. This was done in March 2024 .Attractive wood grains. I live in the Caribbean temperature very hot. I am very disappointed

Garbage!
Long couple days pressure washing our concrete driveway which made it look incredible only to use this crappy sealer that made it look horrible! Wish I would have seen these reviews first. So now we are stuck with this stained driveway and to top it off it rained today and it doesn’t even bead water. It is a complete garbage product and I will never purchase it again, lesson learned!

Don't use it on concrete pavers
I wish that I had read these reviews before buying this product. It has destroyed my patio. I've spent the last 2 weekends trying to clean it with mineral spirits and a pressure washer, per their suggestion, and it is still a mess.

This is absolutely the worst product on the market
This is absolutely the worst product on the market for concrete! This is the first time I have used a Thompson's product and will never use any of their products again, for any reason. I finished power washing our front entry sidewalk and a large portion of our driveway, to prepare for sealing. I applied the remainder of a GOOD sealer I had on hand to the majority of the front entry sidewalk. The building supply company where I bought the GOOD sealer was not open, so I decided to try Thompson's Multi-Surface, because it states on the can that it dries clear.
This product DOES NOT dry clear and has ruined our driveway! I should have read all of the complaints and reviewed the pictures before buying. With so many complaints and customer losses of hundreds to thousands of dollars, I'm surprised that a class action lawsuit has not been filed against Thompson"s. Something worth considering. I would like a refund, so I can then take that money to buy something to remove the horrible Thompson's product from my driveway.
