Can this be used as a stand alone shower? Or does it need to be above a bathtub?
Hi, You can use all our wall and surround for showers and bathtubs. It needs to be glued to the walls. This model is 60'' wide by 80'' high and 32'' deep. So if these dimensions are suitable for your shower there is no problem for installation

Looks okay for a low budget reno.
We just finished installing this and while it looks okay the contractor found it difficult to cut as directed and the lines are pretty rough. They've tried covering it with silicone but it's still visible so I'm a little disappointed. It's quite flimsy and in order to be solid on the wall, an absolute ton of glue must be used.
