NOT COMFORT HEIGHT
Extremely disappointed…this unit is advertised as comfort height on Rona.ca …. Comfort height is considered over 16 1/2 inches … usually 17 or more. This toilet comes in at 15 1/4 …when you have hip issues that is simply too low. The toilet was installed when I was not home., so the height issue was caught in time we now have to purchase another toilet. I called Swiss Madison and they chkd the Rona site and said the incorrect information is posted. All in all disappointed

Seat is too small, moves a lot!
The seat moves too much, even if the hardware is tight. I’ve had this toilet for less than two years and the hardware completely broke on one side. I also find that it’s too short, leading to the back of your thigh resting on the toilet itself.

Nice toilet Wish seat / lid was a little better quality
Easy install and nice to offer it in an elongated 10” rough-in model for an older modern home remodel One piece tank / body is nice, but seat and seat lid are thin / flimsy plastic.Would be nice if they had a more robust version of the seat / lid.

Love the low/high flush of the toilet!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] And I love the smooth sides for easy cleaning. The only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars, is that it is a little shorter than our old toilet. I have tall family members who have a hard time using it, especially my 85 year old, 6'3 father.

Exactly what I wanted/needed
Was it worth it, absolutely! Gained about 4 inches from the previous toilet, its quieter and uses a lot less water, but still does the job required. Would definitly buy again.
