Avoid Unless you Love Unglogging Toilets every Other Day.
I wouldn't touch this product (again) with a ten-foot barge pole...and that's what you'll need to clear it every other day. Like MANY others have written elsewhere, we have found that BOTH ours clog easily and necessitate serious plunging in order to clear the blockage. They look good but the water cistern (tank) lids are ill fitting and the push buttons assembly on the top tarnishes and starts to peel within a year. Finally, the seats are really cheap and nasty and the slow-close mechanism on one of ours broke within a year. I would suggest you avoid at all costs.

Very poor quality and no customer service
The seat cover and hardware is piece of garbage. Very poor quality. Seat cover rim is so small that kids can not sit on it. No photo shows the actual rim width. You can not tighten teh seat cover because of low quality hardware. Design of the seat is such that it is very hard to replace also. I ordered this seat through Lowes, and they backed off and said I
should deal directly with Swiss Madison. I have been chasing them fo over one month, and no real support has been provided. Not recomended at all.

Love this unit, however, the lid came broken on the side.

worst seat
Overall I like this toilet. Love the dual flush system. Great look and modern design. But it has the most uncomfortable seat ever. The seat is not contoured to the human body. The shape is square (which is no problem) but the sides are rounded up, making it feel like sitting on two logs that are pushing against the bones of upper leg. When I called customer service to find out if there are other seats available, I was told that there are no other compatible seats for this toilet. So in the future, if the seat has to be replaced, I am limited to only a square uncomfortable seat by Swiss Madison. It is very disappointing since most all of bathroom products on the market have compatible replacement parts/seats.

Misleading Images
SM-1T106 seat images looks like a round seat but is is a square seat and very uncomfortable, this is a very bad seat design. Second the flush is a lot weak than American Standard toilets. Fro these price range it is not worth it.
