Very disappointing and a waste of money.
Very disappointed with the Swiffer wet jet kit. I've bought already 2. And the same issue. I use it for 4 months. Suddenly stops working. I replace batteries with new ones (made sure they were working), I cleaned the spray nozzles, I verified the pad was placed correctly, I've even replaced the solution bottle with a new one. Tried everything. Waste of money. Came here to check solutions and reviews, is so sad, for my surprise they're all the same. This is extremely disappointing and a waste of money. Price is too high for a such low value product. After reading all these negative reviews Swiffer should consider disclaiming this product out of the market. And compensate customers for selling them such bad product. Seems like a SCAM.

I believe your product should last more than 6 mo.
I have purchased 2 in the last 6 months. The regular floor and wood floor ones. I now have neither one that works. Batteries have been changed twice and still no power! Thinking I should just forget your product and use my O'Cedar mop only.

Rusted motor due to leakage of solution
Poorly made. It stopped spraying after only 3 uses. I cleaned the nozzels and that did not help. I got so frustrated that I just opened the case only to discover that the little round motor and connections were completely rusted. Apparently, some of the solution had gotten inside. A friend told me that she found the same thing. I will look for another Swiffer, but the old type withour a motor.

Lost faith in buying another Swiffer
Extremely disappointed in the Swiffer wet jet. I used my wet jet maybe 15 times in normal conditions and it just stopped working. I replaced the batteries with new ones (made sure they were working). Plus I cleaned the spray nozzles, verified that the pad was on correctly and made sure the solution was full and inserted properly. It appears that the motor stopped working because I cannot hear it when pressing the spray button. Although Swiffer claims that their product goes through a quality control process, I doubt this. After reading several ratings and comments, it is obvious that the Swiffer does not last or perform. This is extremely disappointing and a waste of money. Shame on Swiffer

Product is great until it doesn't work
I purchased the swifer power mop several months ago. I used it twice before it quit working. The worst part is I really liked it the two times it worked. I hate the fact that I spent money on something that only worked two times.

Worked 1 time!
Bought it on 11-5-23. Used it 1 time in my bedroom. Got it out to use today and the lights come on but it won't spray out. Changed the batteries with the same result. Very disappointed.
