Had no issues with the order process and the product was ready for pickup on time. Staff were helpful and the customer service was good.
The only issue was that when I got home and unloaded the windows from the car I noticed that one of the screen frames was damaged. I should have inspected the windows more carefully at the store before accepting them but didn't think it was necessary at the time..
Not sure if I can get Rona to replace the damaged frame or not?
