It works great with one exception. When it rains, the cover fills with water and it stretches badly. To solve this, we've put 2 pool noodles about a foot apart under the cover and so far, it's working. Wish I could get a hard cover top for it.

This product is even better than I had expected ! I had a small space that I wanted to have protection from the sun. This product is well built, easy to put together and works perfectly for what I needed. I would recommend weight bags if this product is not being placed on land to be staked in. I placed mine on concrete as pictured below and with the (4) 50lb. weight bags this product isn't going anywhere. If I hear of Gale Force winds i'll just remove the canopy. I would for sure recommend this to my friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the title says, the cover looks good. the metal frame feels sturdy. it is a good size and covers a nice area. about 40 sf. the grill i have fits underneath it comfortably and i still have plenty of room to walk around underneath it. howevere, the plastic cover retains a lot of water. the cover turns into a bag and the heavy water stretch it out. i had to pierce holes in order to let the water flow through. now when it rains, the water seeps through.

Love the shade...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great design and construction. We installed the canopy in our yard to provide additional shade but not to crowd the yard. It did just that. Large enough to provide some shade under a sitting area and still leaves plenty of yard space. It’s build nicely. Only time will tell if it withstands the climate.
Very easy to assemble. My 9 year old and I (not as handy) assembled it in 10min.
