Its durable steel blade cuts a 14-in wide path with precision on each pass. In addition to its hard-working mowing capacity, the MJ401E-PRO features a 3-position manual height adjustment. This Sun Joe lawn mower comes equipped with a hard top rear collection bag, which detaches easily for convenient grass disposal. The included discharge chute, ideal for cutting taller grass, safely discharges clippings without clogging the mower deck. Best of all: no gas, oil, or tune-ups are necessary. The unit is ETL-approved and carries a full 2-year warranty.

poor parts availability
product is basically good but getting replacement parts iks horrible. cannot get a replacement blade which without the unit is just junk to throw away! VERY POOR PRODUCT SERVICE >DO NOT BUY IF YOU THINK YOU MAY NEED A NEW PART TO KEEP IT WORKING>

Excellent Lawn Mower A++++++
I bought this mower 3 years ago. I've used it each summer and I'm thoroughly impressed with how easy it is to push, how well it cuts my lawn and the simple and easy start.
This year, I tore my Achilles tendon in June and I'm writing this at the end of Sept. My lawn has been neglected for months because I couldn't walk without falling. Today I attempted to cut my grass for the first time in 3 months. My Sun Joe Lawn Mower took on the job like a champ. See pics.

MJ401E and MJ401E-pro - do not buy
I have a Sun Joe MJ401E - the blade came off because the bolt holding it broke. OK. Things happen.
Does Sun Joe have the bolt and the blade in stock to replace? NO. Do they have an expected time when they will have replacement parts? NO
Do not buy this product. Make sure whatever product you do buy has replacement parts.

Short People Beware!
As a short (5'1") senior, I chose this lawn mower for my small yard. It was easy to assemble and did a great job cutting my grass. However, the handle on this unit is so hight that I had to fight to keep all 4 wheels on the ground. Cutting the grass was exhausting.
I contacted SunJoe to get a shorter handle - not possible. I asked for a refund - credit only. I asked if they had any lawnmowers with shorter handles - no. Since they have no products that I can use, I am now stuck with a great lawn mower that I cannot use. I am very disappointed.

No Replacement Blades At All
Would give it more stars but it seems they don't make the replacement blade anymore. We've been needing one for the last few years and are always told to keep looking on the site... they'll be back in stock. We lost count on how many times the original blade as been filed.... All we want is a new blade....

DO NOT BUY! They no longer make the blade for this mower, so you are out of luck if you need to replace it. I loved this mower until they could no longer supply the blade
